  • Users of intelliflo office will be the first to benefit from Fidelity’s integration with Origo Integration Hub, providing them with a complete view of client data in a single place

London, 5 September 2023: Fidelity Adviser Solutions has completed its latest integration with Origo Integration Hub, providing greater and more direct access to client data. Users of intelliflo office will be the first to benefit from an enhanced view of client data in one place.

With research from Fidelity Adviser Solutions revealing over a fifth (22%) of advisers want to improve business efficiencies1, the integration will allow advisers using intelliflo office to receive clients’ bulk valuations and transaction history via the Origo Integration Hub at the click of a button. By integrating bulk valuations and transaction history from Fidelity directly into intelliflo office, the adviser experience will be smoother and faster, and will enable more efficient connections.

This will be the first time intelliflo customers will be able to access transactional data directly from Fidelity into their systems, eliminating the need for the manual re-keying of client data and allowing them to hold their clients’ data in a single place.

Jackie Boylan, Head of Fidelity Adviser Solutions, comments: “Data is central to how advisers interact, engage and support their clients, with the ability to obtain that data in a seamless and efficient way fundamental in helping to creating value in the advice process.

“Advisers are looking for technology solutions that help to streamline this process, helping to reduce their reliance upon multiple, overlapping systems and reducing time spent on re-keying information - which could otherwise be spent supporting clients. By working together with Origo Integration Hub and intelliflo we’ve been able to create a deeply integrated solution to enable a seamless journey which a growing number of our clients are already benefitting from.”

Nick Eatock, CEO of intelliflo, comments: “We are pleased to see the partnership with Fidelity Adviser Solutions and the Origo Integration Hub continue to evolve, aiming to simplify advisers' customer journey even further. By integrating bulk valuations and transaction history from Fidelity directly into intelliflo office, we eliminate inefficiencies and create a smoother experience for advisers. We are committed to transforming the advisory experience, and this partnership is a significant step in that direction.”

To benefit from the service, advisers will be able to access bulk valuations and transaction history for their clients through the intelliflo store where advisers can install apps to address process gaps and deliver a seamless experience for their clients.

Anthony Rafferty, CEO, Origo, comments: “Our enhanced partnership with Fidelity Adviser Solutions and intelliflo is a prime example of companies working together to help improve efficiencies and performance within the industry and ultimately, the outcomes for end consumers.

“Origo is committed to helping financial services firms enhance their services for the benefit of everyone. Origo Integration Hub was developed to provide a deep integration enabling the industry to better connect and deliver data quickly and securely when and where it is wanted, across key areas such as valuations and transaction history.”
