These awards are a barometer of success for providers and advisers from all corners of the UK. They recognise the very best in the industry in multi-asset investing, platform provision, adviser support, paraplanning and adviser engagement.
We were recognised for leading innovation at the UK Platform Awards 2023 for our work with Conquest. This award celebrates innovation that both breaks new ground and makes life easier and more efficient for adviser firms with our next-generation financial planning software.
Following a win in 2021 and a third place in 2022, Fidelity Adviser Solutions came second this year. This is a highly competitive market, with 22 adviser platforms, so to be delivering such consistent performance is a great achievement.
We were very honoured to receive the ‘Platform of the Year 2021’ accolade at the UK Platform Awards. This award was decided by a panel of judges who reviewed us against a number of criteria and commented on the client focus of the business, Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and seamless re-platforming exercise, while introducing new capability and the broadening out of the platform’s proposition.
We have been awarded a Gold Rating for our pension. This achievement highlights our unwavering dedication to excellence in the financial industry. STAR is the cross-industry initiative, galvanising and driving market participants to define and shape recognised, industry-wide standards to promote good practice in transfers. Only four companies have been awarded the gold category in 2023.
This was a joint Fidelity Workplace Investing and Adviser Solutions effort which showcased the way both channels operationalise feedback, work within the collaborative cross-functional solution rooms to drive improvements, and then use NPS surveys as an independent wrap around.
