To improve the service we offer you, and to provide you with another means of contacting us, Web Messenger is an online service that allows you to directly contact our Client Services teams once logged in to the platform.
The service is a great way to get answers on general client and account queries as well as web navigation support, and we will aim to reply to your message within 5 minutes. For anything urgent or deal critical, please continue to contact us by phone.

- Queries are allocated to an appropriate team to ensure a prompt and accurate response
- Service available across all screens as you navigate around the platform*
- Supports image sharing (although please note, this service does not replace Upload & Send which should be used to send any client documents to us)

This is a ‘Cliff Edge’ pricing structure therefore:
- Total client AUM of £125k would attract a platform fee of 0.25% plus an investor fee of £45pa
- Total client AUM of £165k would attract a platform fee of 0.14%
We offer a number of online reports which give you easy access to a comprehensive range of information on clients and accounts at a bulk level through our ‘Reporting Services’ functionality.

Our platform can also be integrated into a range of third-party software systems.
A popular feature of our platform is that clients can view their investments through their secure online account. This gives them 24/7 access to their ISAs, Pension, Investment Account and any other investments they hold with us. This facility significantly cuts down on the paperwork they receive through their letterbox too. You benefit as well as clients can perform basic administrative tasks themselves.
The service offers clients lots of benefits, including the ability to:
- View the latest valuation of all their investments and accounts whenever they wish
- Download all their important documents, such as their latest Statement & Valuation and any Confirmation of Transaction (they still have the option to receive paper copies)
- Complete simple tasks online, such as updating their personal details when these change
- Download our highly-rated mobile App, so they can view their account wherever they may be.
If they elect to go paperless, they will also be helping to reduce the impact on the environment. More and more of our clients are choosing this option and, in doing so, they help us to reduce our carbon footprint.

New to Fidelity Adviser Solutions?
Our DFM service lets you use defined models from DFMs for a broad range of our wrappers. We do not charge for this service, although the DFM may do so.
Benefits of using a DFM on our platform
- You can focus on financial planning while outsourcing investment decisions, helping you to manage risk within your business
- Your clients benefit from the investment expertise provided by the DFM
- You retain full visibility and ownership of your clients’ accounts
- You can download investment portfolio x-ray reports, providing transparency for both you and your clients
- For ISAs, Investment Accounts and the Pension, we facilitate payment of any DFM fees directly to the DFM, reducing administration and costs for your business.
Managing client accounts using a DFM through the platform enables you to:
- Link directly with your chosen DFMs to access and use their models
- Assign clients’ accounts to those DFM models
- Purchase a DFM model directly for new business or realign existing client accounts
- Carry out rebalances to align your clients’ accounts to a DFM model
- Align other account attributes, such as regular savings plans and withdrawal plans to a DFM model.
A DFM can also manage models and realign client accounts directly.
Over 60 different DFMs are available through our service and you may choose more than one DFM, although only one portfolio per account can be used.
