Abrdn have informed us that they intend to close some of their existing share classes, in the best interests of investors. They intend to convert the ‘M’ and ‘Platform’ share classes into ‘I’ share classes of the same fund. The ‘I’ share classes don’t incur a platform dealing charge, meaning they usually have a lower (or the same) overall charge.

Any regular collections, withdrawals and income preferences will be changed over to the new share classes.

Effective date : 03rd May 2024

To simplify share class offering, Invesco has decided to convert Y share classes to Z share classes of the same fund effective 3rd May 2024. From noon 24 April 2024 you will no longer be able to purchase Y share classes for any of Invesco funds and from noon 2 May 2024, redemptions of existing holdings in the Y share class, and stock transfers relating to that share class, will no longer be available.

On or around 3 May 2024, all remaining shareholdings in the Y share class will be automatically converted into the equivalent Z share class.

Your clients regular collections, withdrawals and income preferences will be changed over to the new Z share classes.
