Amending client details (including bank accounts)

In most cases, you can amend client details by sending us a secure message. However, changes to bank account details and name changes may require a different process.

You can send us a secure message to:

  • Update an address if it cannot be completed online
  • Amend a National Insurance number
  • Amend a name (only in the case of a mistake – not for a legal change of name)
  • Start or stop marketing mail.

To send us a secure message, select 'Firm' from the left-hand menu, and then 'Secure Messaging'. We aim to reply to secure messages within five business days.
