Create a sub-agency

From the Firm Details page, firm administrators logging in from a firm’s head UAN can easily create a new sub-agency within the existing structure of the firm.

When creating a sub-agency, the sub-agency's address details must be confirmed; however, these will be pre-populated with the head agency's address, which can be amended.

Additionally, we require the contact details for the sub-agency and the details of a firm administrator you wish to set up.

Once your request has been submitted, the firm administrator you have created will receive emails confirming the new agency number, the username, and a temporary PIN.

If the firm details page doesn’t show a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), it might suggest that your firm has not yet applied for or acquired one. An LEI is only necessary when investing in reportable assets, such as brokerage assets.

If your firm has other UANs, it’s most likely that you are not logging in from the head Unique Agency Number (UAN).

This means you are either not logging in from the head Unique Agency Number (UAN) and/or you are not the firm administrator.
