Will ESG be the new normal after COP26?

Will ESG be the new normal for investing?

In November, the UK, together with Italy, hosted the COP26 summit, the event many believe to be the world’s best last chance to get runaway climate change under control. World leaders, alongside tens of thousands of negotiators, government representatives, businesses and citizens have met for talks on climate change and what can be done before it's too late.

To achieve these climate goals, every company, every financial firm, every bank, insurer and investor will need to change. Countries will need to manage the increasing impacts of climate change on their citizens’ lives and will need the funding to do it.
