Join our ESG virtual event on COP26

Will ESG be the new normal for investing?

In November, the UK, together with Italy, will host the COP26 summit, the event many believe to be the world’s best last chance to get runaway climate change under control. World leaders will arrive in Scotland, alongside tens of thousands of negotiators, government representatives, businesses and citizens for twelve days of talks.

To achieve these climate goals, every company, every financial firm, every bank, insurer and investor will need to change. Countries will need to manage the increasing impacts of climate change on their citizens’ lives and they will need the funding to do it.

But are asset managers ready for these changes and how will this impact advisers?

We’d love you to join us in this lively discussion. Find out more by registering your place for our virtual event on Thursday 14 October, 9:30 – 10:30am.

Our expert panel will explore COP26 and how advice and investment processes may have to change. Key questions they will debate include:

  • What are the key outcomes from COP26 that will directly impact Financial Services?
  • Will ESG investing become the mainstream, and how quickly will this happen?
  • Are Asset managers ready to make these changes to get to net zero?
  • What are some of the hidden challenges that Advisers need to consider in client journeys?
