New ‘Client reporting’ to support your business
On the back of feedback from advisory firms and the enhancements we’re making to our service, we’ve introduced new ‘Client reporting’ with the benefits and features built around the feedback received. Log in and select 'Important updates' within 'Help and support'.
New ‘Pension Summary’ report available
We’ve also introduced a new ‘Pension Summary’ report that gives you a detailed overview of your clients’ pension accounts with us. Contributions, withdrawals, outstanding tax relief due, plus so much more. Log in and select 'Important updates' within 'Help and support'.
Digital signatures
We now accept documents that are digitally signed by your clients using providers such as, DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
Upload & Send Documents
We've introduced a new ‘Upload & Send Documents’ service. This allows you to upload documents from a list of instruction types. This will then be sent automatically to the correct team to complete your request saving you time and reducing turnarounds times.
