Pat Shea, Head of Fidelity FundsNetwork, to retire
After a career spanning over 33 years, Pat Shea, Head of Fidelity FundsNetwork, has decided to retire at the end of 2018.
Pat was appointed to the role of Head of Fidelity FundsNetwork in 2012 and has led the business successfully through many phases of growth and, most significantly, its ongoing technology upgrade programme to deliver significant enhancements to advisers and their clients.
Prior to becoming Head of Fidelity FundsNetwork, Pat worked in variety of roles and across many geographical regions at Fidelity International including Head of UK/European Customer Services, Managing Director for Fidelity International in Taiwan and Chief Operating Officer for Fidelity International in Hong Kong.
Commenting on Pat Shea’s retirement, Pete Horrell, Managing Director, UK at Fidelity International said: "I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation to Pat for his outstanding contribution to Fidelity and the industry during his long and illustrious career. I wish him a very happy retirement.
